House is in a beautiful historic neighborhood...

however, little consideration is given to longtime neighbors. The Proper Group Vacation Rental does not response well to complaints nor provide polite assistance. It is profit over community and changing the face and tenor of St Augustine. Disappointed in the way this property is managed.
