I have a beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It's 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath split floor plan. Has a nice size heated pool and covered lanai. Completely fenced in back yard so pets are welcome but do require $175 pet cleaning fee. Very close to Charlotte harbor and Port Charlotte beach. About 20 minutes to Englewood beach. Public fishing piers and boat ramp are 3 blocks away. Has digital cable and wi-fi internet included. I'm booking for the 2016/2017 year....I have a beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood.
