The first floor contains the living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. The sectional ceilings in the living room and dining room lend beauty and elegance. An eggshell sleeper sofa faces a large HD flat screen television and DVD player equipped with complimentary cable access. A leaf bladed ceiling fan along with white chair railed walls against white walls adds a level of depth to the open concept space. In the dining area, a nine bulb, geometric chandelier hangs above a large and thick wooden dining room table seating six comfortably on four chairs and a matching wooden bench. Additional seating for five is located on the custom tiled countertop bar overlooking the kitchen. Over the bar, glass door cabinets hold stemware, glassware, tableware, dinnerware and other kitchen necessities. The custom tile countertop continues throughout the kitchen and the sandstone tiled floor against white custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances create dimension in an inviting space. Stairs disappear onto the second floor where a master bedroom with a king bed, a wall mounted flat screen television and a tub and shower en-suite are found. The second bedroom has a queen bed with the same amenities. An outdoor balcony has a table with a large umbrella providing respite from the sun. Downtown Carillon Beach acts as the heart of the community, providing essential goods and services for residents and guests and eliminating dependence on the automobile. It is a place to gather and meet other residents and visitors in an open-air, relaxed atmosphere. The Carillon fountain in the central plaza area of Downtown Carillon is a popular place to grab a bite to eat, visit with neighbors or just “hang out.” Carillon Market Street is the “main street” area of Downtown Carillon Beach. It is where the shops are located and is also a very popular venue for New Orleans style destination weddings.
