Outdoor Living space has it all: Pool, Trampoline, Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Pergola with sunshade, dual fans, comfy patio furniture and soft lighting. BRAND NEW MOVIE THEATER IN FULLY FINISHED GARAGE! Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom and it has a queen bed, and 2 queen beds in a huge loft area (great for kids), ceiling fan, full private bathroom, walk-in closet and access to the back patio via french doors. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet and desk with a printer. Bedroom 4 has a queen loft and a queen bed underneath. It has a walk-in closet and two fans (one for each bed). It shares an attached, full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 is the 2nd largest room in the house with a queen bed, ceiling fan and closet. I use it as a playroom for the kids so it has toys and games that can be used if you have kids. There is also a door to the backyard and patio off of this bedroom. If needed, a single mattress can be placed on the floor or a Pack-N-Play. Bedroom 6 is the fully finished garage completely insulated with AC/heat. Two full reclining couches and a 7 foot screen, ceiling mounted projector with sound bar. Room for an additional 2 high quality queen airbeds. My home can accommodate a total of 22 guests in beds (not counting the couches). Keep in mind that at or near full capacity it can be quite crowded. Guest access You will have full access to everything in the house - high speed wireless internet, Amazon fire TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, wireless printer and scanner, Refrigerator/Freezer, fishing poles and small tackle box to fish the small lake across the street. In the backyard there is a patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture underneath a large pergola with two ceiling fans, an above ground pool as well as a full sized, enclosed trampoline with an industrial fan to keep those jumping cool. BRAND NEW - There is a movie theater in the fully finished garage complete with insulation, AC/Heat, finished floors, 2 reclining couches, a 7 foot screen, sound bar, and ceiling mounted projector. My house also has a whole-home water filtration system installed. This is very important since Florida has the 2nd worst water in the US. The water tastes great. Other things to note If you are planning on bringing a pet, it must be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. There will be an extra pet fee depending upon on how many pets and how long the stay.More
