This stunning two-story, five bedroom/four bath villa is situated in the exclusive community of Seasons. It is beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 people, and has its own large private screened pool and spa, which can be fully heated, if required, for a small charge. The pool is not overlooked. The first/ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Seasons is tucked away in a small, peaceful community, yet is a genuine 10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World. There is a pretty lake where you can take a leisurely stroll in the evenings if you wish. There is a pretty lake where you can take a leisurely stroll in the evenings if you wish. A large selection of shops, restaurants (including the famous Medieval Times), golf courses and other attractions are all a few minutes away. Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive away. Our luxury villa is equipped with every modern amenity that you would need to make a perfect vacation in the sun. The large, spacious Family Room has a beautiful leather suite, a 32 inch TV with over 70 cable channels, and a DVD/VCR player. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for that favourite family meal or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the Breakfast nook, separate Dining Room, or why not eat 'al fresco' in the lanai area by your own private pool? Outside by the sparkling-clear pool, you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the bubbling spa that cascades a waterfall into the main pool, and soothe away the day's excitement at the parks. Relax as you sit in the sumptuous sun loungers and soak in 'the rays'. If you want some shade, there is a covered lanai. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading onto the extended pool deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. The sleeping accommodation includes a downstairs Master bedroom suite, complete with a Four Poster King size bed, large TV and DVD player, large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a large corner bath. A further Queen sized bedroom with a TV and separate bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms - one which has a Queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The last two bedrooms offer Twin beds in each and share a Family Bathroom. All bedrooms have large closets, and cable TV's in all the rooms. There is a separate Utility Room, with a large washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board & iron. The garage has been converted into a Games Room which includes a full sized Championship Pool table. We provide all towels and linens and our highly recommended management company are at hand for any questions or help you might need. The villa is close to numerous golf courses and within one hour's drive from the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and the Kennedy Space Centre. More

Perfect

Beautiful home. Enjoyed my stay. Had all the comforts of home. Very clean. Will rent this again. Had everything we needed in the kitchen

Home away from home.

Perfect Location

This villa is spacious and well kept, with the added bonus of being 5 mins walk from shopping and restaurants and only 20 - 30 mins drive from most parks. We really enjoyed our stay here.More

Great house and location but use caution

Very nice place and excellent location. Owner is good about responding to questions and concerns. Beware though and do not leave valuables in the house when you are not there as someone was entering the house when we were not there going through our stuff....More
