Decorated in crisp whites it has a clean, beachy vibe. A queen size bed and dresser have been provided. The second bedroom has a full-size bed for any guests that might be joining you. The full bathroom is spacious and has also been remodeled. A large walk-in shower, toilet and sink provide amenities for everyone. One of your favorite spots to the house will surely be the large screened in lanai. Here you can sit back, relax, smell the Gulf air, feel the breeze blow through your hair and let go of the stress of everyday life. There are partial views of the Gulf of Mexico from the lanai as well. Heading back outside, around the beach side of the house is a second living area on the ground floor of the house. This area is a bonus room. A second efficiency kitchen with fridge, convection microwave and loads of cupboard space can be found here. There is also a great living room area, with a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV and dining table as well. A stackable washer and dryer along with a toilet are tucked away for your convenience here as well. A covered back yard patio has comfortable seating and a dining area, as well as a charcoal grill for your grilling pleasure. Directly out the back of the house is your deeded beach access. Walk to the beach in less than 30 seconds. Seven miles of white sugar sand and our warm Gulf of Mexico waters are waiting for you. For the adventurous you can find Jet Ski and parasailing rentals a two-minute walk from the house to your north. Trolley stops heading both north and south bound are along Estero Blvd. Jump on the trolley and head to Times Square or Lovers Key State Park for $.75 a ride or purchase an all-day pass for just $2. Explore the island and all that it offers. The Beach Movie Theater is only one mile from the house. Here you can watch first run movies while getting lunch or dinner in addition to just popcorn or candy. Santini Marina Plaza is two miles south of the house and Publix less than 1/2 a mile for all your grocery needs.
