We arrived at the house and were greeted by Martina, the lovely realtor. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures but so much more beautiful. The furniture was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was perfect for two...More

The house is situated in 'Imperial Point', one of the quietest, cleanest a most family-oriented parts of Fort Lauderdale. Minutes of driving to best rated restaurants (thai sushi, italian, mexican, american, seafood) and just 3 kilometers to the Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach. There are some bus lines operating on nearby US1 highway, but as in all Florida locations, it's better to enjoy freedom of driving your own car.
