This comfortable four-bedroom home is located in the orange-grove-bordered community of Westbury, 4 blocks from I-4,exit 55. It is a peaceful oasis, ideally set apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, yet just minutes from all the major attractions.The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, giving a light, airy feel to the space. The villa is fully furnished with everything you will need for the perfect family vacation. You can enjoy your stay by relaxing on the spacious pool deck. Clean, comfortable, and a great location
My husband and I traveled with our two older teenage children and their friends. This house was perfect for our quick 3 day trip. The layout of the house allowed my husband and I to sleep towards the front of the house and not hear the younger group swimming, talking, and watching television in the back of the house! Perfect!
The rooms were very comfortable and adequate. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. There were fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The kids bedrooms were all in the same hallway, and they shared a bathroom. The other master bedroom had it's own bathroom. If you are handicapped, there is a big step down into the showers.
The living room was comfortable, and though we didn't use it, the kitchen seemed to have everything we could possibly need.
The grounds and pool area were well kept and clean. It was fantastic to have our own pool and be able to swim at midnight after walking around an amusement park!
My kids said they saw some small ants, and the owner urged us to be cautious with food in the house. They were no bother to us. I did notice too late that we were asked to take the trash out to the curb during the week, but as I mentioned, we accidentally missed that. There was no deduction in our deposit because of this.
Entry was easy and I felt safe knowing there was a security camera at the door. Wifi was easy to use and reliable.
The owner was very laidback with the rental - I had to ask for the code to get into the house a few days before we left. This was a little unnerving - but it was all okay in the end. Had to wit the full ten days to get my security deposit back.
I would definitely stay here again. Very easy access to the highway to touristy things, but the house is in a quiet residential area.

I am so glad that you and your family had a good stay at my vacation home. We do try very hard to keep our vacation home the best way possible because it is not just a business - It is our vacation place for us and my family during several times of the year - we drive from Virginia to enjoy it.

Quiet place
The house was situated in a quiet subdivision. It's nice to come back after a busy day at the theme parks.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Orlando attractions.
This is a very nice house, more rooms than we needed, nicely furnished, everything like new. The kitchen had all the appliances you could want. The garage was nice because we didn't have to worry about leaving the car outside. The pool and patio are very nice for relaxing after a day of touristing (you may find the pool a little cold if you're from Miami). Orlando attractions are a 10 to 15 minute drive on the interstate - most other Central Florida attractions are no more than 30 minutes away.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at our vacation home. We aim to have satisfied guest. About you comment of the pool, during winter the price include heated pool. We may contact some guest asking for their experience to be sure our local maintenance staff had prepared the house neatly.

This is an excellent house which made our vacation all the better
I wanted I house that was very clean, well located and in a quiet, family type neighborhood, I got all of that plus the house is beautiful.

Villa Maya has been my families go to home away from home. It is conveniently located to all of Orlando's attractions, plus Lego Land and many others. Shops are also close by. The house is spacious, with wifi, and let's not forget the great pool. Villa Maya is our home away from home. It is our destination every summer. I highly recommend.

Excellent vacation accomodations
Villa Maya is a very nice place to stay. It is very well located close to all attractions and shopping. The house has all the accomodations to enjoy and just relax. Loved the screened in pool.
