About the neighbourhood
Old Clearwater Bay a quiet residential area is a mixture of $2m dollar homes, $750k town homes and 1950's bungalows. Traveling north on Edgewater, along the waters edge, you will find quaint shops and restaurants. The causeway to the barrier islands/beaches is 1 mile south. Small beach islands are very close, accessible by canoe or kayak or boat west and south west. It is like having your own island. Caladesi Beach State Park is north west, also accessible by canoe, kayak or boat.
