Beautifully decorated with new beds and furniture. It has a new central air conditioning unit (with regular duct cleaning and a UV light to stop any bad air being circulated), Brazilian hard wood flooring, dedicated parking, pool and gym. Completely refurbished bathrooms in 2017 - all new walls, showers, toilets - high end German items used.

Rented this for 3 months and it quickly became our home away from home! Very comfortable, nice heated pool; many nice residents. Had we known it was becoming available for 2018 season, we would have rented it again! Unfortunately, we had allready made other arrangements Owner very congenial and responsive to our questions. Thank you, Simon and Hannah!
