While the layout is consistent design may vary by Townhouse. Guest access You have access to the beautiful promenade along Ontario Lake and to the Private Gym, BBQ and HOT TUB Other things to note According to the rules we must provide information about our guests to the management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided. - Pets are allowed in the House. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet. - We have Travel Crib (0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance. ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded. Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies: ✅ The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. ✅All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded. ✅Check-in is after 5PM, check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. ✅Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet ✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. ✅ According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver’s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Simply Comfort has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 300$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions. Renter Beware

1. Check-in process: despite following all procedures detailed by management company, ended up standing outside the house for 30 minutes (in the rain) until they finally let us in 2. Cleanliness: Every pot we pulled out of the kitchen cupboard was dirty; bugs in the entryway; old food bits in cupboards and on the floor; trash was left from previous renters; oven had food burned on bottom causing it to smoke; towels had musty/damp smell 3. Patio: a disaster. Broken furniture, weeds so tall and prickly that you could barely walk out there. Hot tub was murky with debris floating in it 4. Communication: awful. Management company tried to stick us with a hefty security fee bc they said we mucked up the hot tub when it was like that the moment we tried taking the cover off. We are still fighting them on this but they have stopped responding to us. 5. Comfort: while the space could have been great for our party of 13, the beds were mostly uncomfortable and the first floor bedroom was essentially a closet with a bed and side table.

Dear Jenni, thank you for the detailed review. It is unfortunate that your stay was met with inconveniences. We apologize for prolonged check-in process as we had some technical issues. Our cleaning crew makes sure the house is ready for the guests. It is unusual that it was left in such conditions. We will investigate it and make sure it never happens again. Regarding the damage deposit, we produce a report on the house after every guest check-out. And after it's careful review it was deducted that the damage left in house was a result of the current guest.We will take note of your concerns and improve our services. Best regards, Kirill.
