The well-appointed home includes fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, spacious sunken living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, new furnishings, internet service, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, fireplace, and central air. Off-street parking is available for 3-4 cars.
