Heliconia House is one of 9 villas within the peaceful enclave of T House Kaja. The villas blend seamlessly with the tranquil landscape, surrounded by lush tropical gardens facing onto a sea of emerald paddies set against coconut palms and sunset views.
We are located in the village of Lodtunduh, 2 km south of the main part of Ubud – still within easy access of town but far enough to experience the tranquility of local Balinese village life centered around the rice paddies.

The T Houses were created in an environmentally conscious manner and the individual homeowners try to uphold this ethos. We have installed grey-water and biological septic systems. We do not use air conditioning as the houses are designed for natural air flow. We keep the use of electrical appliances and equipment to a minimum.
