Located in the Sandstone area overlooking Vail Mountain, this 3 level, 7 bedroom home has all the comforts needed for a large group or family gathering. Five master bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, two queen guest rooms and a guest room furnished with two twin beds.
The property is a short 2.2 mile drive to Vail Village and Mountain, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, hiking, biking, walking through Betty Ford gardens or attend the free summer concert series at the Ford Amphitheater.
In-residence is a fully equipped professional kitchen with top of the line appliances: Wolf 8 burner gas stove, Subzero refrigerator and freezer drawers, 2 stacked Thermador ovens and 2 dishwashers on each side of the sunken farm sink. The dining area seats 10-12 comfortably with views of Vail Mountain and accesses the small deck for outdoor grilling. Relax in the comfortable living room with plenty of seating, gas fireplace, flat screen tv, game table for 2 or step outside on the deck, savor the views and gather around the fire pit. If you’d like a bit of quiet time, retreat to the private den just around the corner, which also has a gas fireplace, quiet reading space and a desk if you need a place to work or study during your stay. After a dip in the hot tub, gather downstairs in the oversized family room with flat screen tv, full bathroom and mini beverage refrigerator. This home is equipped with two laundry areas, one on the lower level and one on the top level. This expansive rental home has 8 beds that sleep 14 people comfortably.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 35% of Lodging Rent plus 35% of Sales & Lodging Taxes along with 35% of the non refundable limited damage waiver OR refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
In addition to the nightly rate, the taxes and fees on this home are as follows:

Cancellations that occur more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less $100.00 cancellation fee. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $700.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in this property. iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of iTrip Vacations Vail Beaver Creek. All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

This Vail home has a maximum occupancy of 14. This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n' plays for very young children.
