Immediately upon entering the residence, the mudroom provides a place for visitors to shed their boots, jackets and other gear. Guests will find the entrance to the garage that has room for two cars. As an added benefit, the garage is heated and has extra space for miscellaneous gear. The laundry is also located on this level with full size washer and dryer, no need to pack your closet or get ahead of post vacation laundry and wash your clothes before you get home. Up on the main level there is lots of open space. Large vaulted windows fill the place with bright, natural sunlight as well as views of the majestic Colorado landscape. The living area has a gas fireplace, cozy furniture and a 60” flat-screen television. The most popular features of this home are out on the deck where the private hot tub and gas fire pit are a great place to gather, relax and soak in the gorgeous mountain backdrop. Utilize the inline gas grill and bring the grilled treats back inside to the expansive dining table which seats eight. Or put those screens down for a few hours and gather the family around the table for some good old fashioned fun like a card or board game.  The kitchen features granite counter tops, a six-burner Viking gas stove, modern, stainless-steel appliances and all the essential utensils. For more space, the wraparound bar connects the kitchen and dining area with additional seating. Bring Grandma or the designated chef in your family and they will feel right at home whipping up delicious family meals here. The joy continues when the time comes to explore the third floor. Up here the additional living area offers a large segmented couch, flat-screen TV and a two-player arcade game! It is the perfect area to unwind or for the kids to hang out and entertain themselves while the adults relax on the main level or out around the fire with a tasty beverage of choice. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, where it offers a king-size bed, recessed wall fireplace and flat-screen TV. Additionally, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with elegant walk-in shower and soaking tub that will make it seem as if you've entered a spa. A perfect retreat for Mom and Dad, or if you bring along Grandma and Grandpa, they will love the convenience of this room from the main living areas. There are two bedrooms on the top level. One contains a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and an ensuite bath, a great second master suite. The second room provides two sets of custom-built bunk beds that each comprise of lofted twin-size beds over queen-size beds that can sleep up to an additional six people. It is a site to see and immensely popular with the kids young and old. The additional full bath is located just next door. On the lower floor, there are two additional bedrooms which provide some peace and quiet. One contains a Queen bed and has an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo and the other has two twin beds with a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a great room for the younger kids who might have an earlier bedtime than everyone else. Cimarron also boasts a community outdoor heated pool, large hot tub and small fitness room. The property is just a few blocks from the base of the ski area, a leisurely walk for those who are up for it, or during the winter months hop on the complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go within Steamboat City Limits. We also have staff to assist with any questions or requests you may have.  We have highchairs and pack-n-plays available, just let us know if you need them.
