This charming condominium is just steps out your door from restaurants and shopping. We are located in the heart of Manitou's Historic District. You will have off street parking. Manitou has been a vacation destination since the late 1800's and gives you a one of a kind out west experience. Our condo offers a beautiful updated full kitchen with granite countertops and all the amenities. The upstairs showcases beautiful refinished hardwood floors, pillow top queen bed in the master bedroom, and a charming updated bathroom. The décor is a lovely southwestern and Spanish motif to complete you out west experience. The second bedroom offers a charming trundle bed, the sofa in the living room accommodates a queen sized bed. The location of this condo is ideal. It's on the main drag in Manitou Springs, tucked in the foothills, near parks and trails, close to the incline, Garden of the Gods and all Pikes Peak access. The unit is clean and the owner easily accessible....More

THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE WEST END OF DOWNTOWN MANITOU SPRINGS. WE ARE MINUTES AWAY FROM THE COG TRAIN TO THE TOP OF PIKES PEAK, THE MANITOU CLIFF DWELLINGS, THE CAVE OF THE WINDS AND THE GARDEN OF THE GODS.
How to get there
TAKE HIGHWAY 24 WEST AND EXIT IN THE MANITOU SPRINGS EXIT PROCEED ON MANITOU AVE. TO THE WEST END OF THE BUSINESS DISTRICT. WE ARE LOCATED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE STREET IF HEADING WEST NEXT DOOR TO THE LOOP RESTAURANT.
