Lock Box and Keys ------------------------- A lock box containing 2 keys for the front door is located on the right side of the right front entry. The lock code is set to include the last 4 digits of your phone number (in any order, without repetition of any number). Enter the lock code by pressing the corresponding numbered buttons. Press the Reset lever if you make a mistake. Re-enter the code to close. If 2 keys are not found in the lock box, contact me immediately. Keys are to be returned to the lock box at check-out. Check-out is only complete when the front door is locked and both keys are returned.

If you are looking for a comfortable but affordable stay in Denver book this spot. It's perfect for checking out the city plus offers the privacy you can't get with a hotel.

If you will be driving yourself you may take note that the streets around the house are not continuous.

You will have no trouble if using a GPS entering the address 2423 Tremont Pl, Denver.

If you do not have a GPS, for a more direct route, I would suggest the following:

I-25 exit south (Colorado Springs exit) from I-70, or Park Ave/Downtown exit from I-25. This exit services both Park Avenue/Downtown and 38th Ave, so be careful to keep to Park Ave. Park Avenue becomes 22nd Ave. Continue on 22nd Ave 12 blocks to Tremont Pl (stop light). Turn left (north) and drive past 24th Ave. The house will be on your left between 24th and 25th.
