Historically renovated home that sleeps four. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and the full-sized kitchen is immaculate for any desired cooking. Ample windows let in plenty of Colorado sun and the window seat is perfect for a lazy morning.

Great location, ideal for the adventurer visiting town. The house is situated right off I-25 with quick access via pedestrian bridge to Colorado College and downtown and just a stone's throw from Old Colorado City. Everything is at your fingertips.

Jeff's house is in a perfect location, close to downtown, the highway and Garden of the Gods. The house itself is a beautiful blend of old and new. Jeff kept all the beautiful turn of the century details, but updated the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is huge and has what I needed to cook. Jeff left a list of tips for all of the attractions as well as his favorite places to visit and eat. The house was clean, and Jeff communicated well when coordinating my trip. You access the house via a keypad lock with a deadbolt, this was easy and I was able to arrive and depart at my leisure.
