Pikes Peak looms behind the house (take a drive or Cog railway to the summit ( book before arriving). In late June we have the famous 'Race to the Peak', or if you are extra fit, hike to the top.
Hike up Mt Ester, run up the 'Incline', enjoy Pancake Rock, the Craigs or Rasberry Mountain - do one or all of them during your visit.
Restaurants to the right and left of us.
Chipita Park has much history behind it- being the twin city to Ouray, which is 4 hours away. Chief Ouray was married to Chepeta.
