Ground Floor - the home is single level Entrance hall that leads into a large open plan living space, with separate spaces centred around an original salvaged Victorian carriage. Family nook with sofa seating for 2 and a mini pool table with cues / balls. The sitting room with TV, seating on sofas and chairs for 6. (within the carriage) Dining area behind the carriage faces out over the shore and sea, with wood burner and large family refectory table with two chairs and additional bench seating for 4-6. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4), double bed and bunk beds for 2 children only (on request) Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) double bed Shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC Services Wi-Fi/Broadband Electric storage heating and wood burner Outside A large south facing terrace with garden furniture overlooking the shingle beach and sea Parking is on the non sea facing side, care to be taken when parking on the shingle. Strictly three cars. Towels and linen are provided This property is suitable for family groups and couples 1 travel cot available and high chair on request Sunray welcomes up to 2 dogs, however as the property has no boundaries, please keep your dogs on a lead in the vicinity of the property. Please note a pet fee of £35 per stay/week applies. The property has direct access to the sea so please ensure children are supervised at all times. A basket of logs is provided between the months of October - April (inclusive). If you require logs outside of these months please bring your own supply.
