This is a family-owned 6 unit condominium building. I live off of the property, however, my mother lives in one of the units and is there to help guests as needed. As for check in, the door is left unlocked and the keys are inside on an agreed upon spot. I lived in this building for 25 years before I completely renovated it in 2005 and 2006. I have been hosting 3 units for 11 years and have had the pleasure of meeting numerous guests from all around the world, some now friends and repeat clients. I am familiar with the area and am always available to recommend places and activities that you may be looking for.

We had an amazing and restful experience at the Montana Avenue in this apartment! The apartment had truly everything you need to have a great vacation (or longer stay) in Santa Monica. The Apartment is really quiet but just steps away from the best parts of Santa Monica and a short walk from the ocean and the Santa Monica Pier....

We are about 100 feet away from the Big Blue Bus stop located at the corner of 15th Street and Montana Avenue, which connects us to the Greater Los Angeles area.
The Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is less than 11 miles away, that is a 20 to 30 minute drive through the 405 FWY.
