This is a fully furnished newer home, 3 blocks from the ocean, beach, pier and stunning shoreside walking trail.---one block from the many shops and restaurants of downtown. We live here several months every year so this home has all the items you are used to in your own home: fully stocked and thoughtful kitchen and classically designed, artful design. San Clemente is a splendid base for beach time, but the culture and museums of Los Angeles and San Diego are an hour away. The garage has some beach toys, boogie boards and the like, as well as some toddler toys.

Great location in San Clemente being one steeet away from Del Mar and all the restaurants, cafes and shops and walkable to the Pier and beaches. House was very comfortable and tastefully decorated with every convenience you could wish for including a well equipped kitchen. We were a group of 6 and there was more than enough space. George, the owner and Lyn and Matt the neighbors who manage the property could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend for a group trip or for a family vacation. Would love to come back.
