We are offering a spacious private, one (1) bedroom Loft Apt at the rear of the host's residence which sits on an approximate 1.5 acres of private wooded land. We live on the property at the adjacent front part of the residence. The furnished private Apt. is approximately 750 square feet and features your own climate control Central A/C and Heating. There is an open floor plan on the first floor providing a full kitchen with new appliances and microwave. The first floor also has a spacious furnished living room. The first floor also has a Satellite TV with premium channels. Off street parking is also included for one (1) automobile. We stayed at the Urban Oasis for four nights during a more extensive trip to California. This apartment was a little difficult to find at first, but was the perfect location for a peaceful night after the hustle and bustle of a day in LA. Our neighborhood which is a mixture of a diverse cultural population with many popular and trendy stores as well as many restaurants. Our neighborhood is between two (2) metro train stations and various bus lines. The metro can take you North East to Pasadena or South West to downtown Los Angeles both are just minutes away. At the Union Station, Downtown, you can take an express bus to LAX or head on the metro to Anaheim (Disneyland), Hollywood, North Hollywood, Universal city and points west.

The closest commercial area (stores, groceries, restaurants, etc) is on York Blvd.... Turn left on our driveway, turn right onto Nolden, turn Right onto Raber and turn right onto Avenue 56.
