Bright and breezy well-equipped beach house an easy 1.5 hours drive south of Perth, Western Australia. Huge deck, stunning views, especially from upstairs room with ensuite and cute balcony. The perfect way to break up a trip to the Margaret River Wine Region or to stay a while for a relaxing break. Only a few minutes walk to an unspoilt beach and to the general store, which stocks just about anything you could need, including petrol and a bottle shop. Beds can be configured as 4 singles and 1 queen OR 2 singles, 1 king and 1 queen. All linen including towels (not beach towels) supplied — plus a basic pantry and little extras like beach umbrella, beach chairs and spare sunscreen. Binningup has a great 9-hole golf course and is surrounded by world-class courses in the area. There is also a public tennis court a couple of minutes walk away.... Read more

Binningup is a small quiet community not too far from Bunbury. We stayed at this holiday rental together with family and friends for 4 nights. What a great place to stay, very comfortable, we just loved it. I was just amazed by how complete this...More

Great character house not far from the beach, 6 adults had a great stay for 4 nights. Every convenience that you could want was available. was very clean and with comfortable beds. lovely owner to deal with.

About the neighbourhood
Binningup is surrounded by lovely little country towns, including Australlind, which is one of the earliest settlements in Western Australia. It is bordered by the Brunswick and Collie Rivers the Leschenault Estuary to the west. When is season, a good feed of blue swimmer crabs can be had as well as an abundance of fish. The north end of Australind has the Leschenault Peninsula Conservation Park which abounds with wildlife including kangaroos and around 60 species of birds, including the magnificent black swan. Dolphins can often be seen in the waters here.

There is a magnificent golf course in Binningup and top class courses in Harvey and Bunbury.

How to get there
To get to Binningup (from Perth) go straight down the Kwinana Fwy, which eventually turns into Forrest Highway, for about 1.5 hours. You will go past a big green road sign to Harvey on the left, Myalup on the right and then you will see Pead, then Taranto, then Noble ? then the next is Binningup Road on the right, which also has a big green road sign.

Follow Binningup Road, through the roundabout and take the second left (after the roundabout) into Kylie. Killara is the third right and number 7 is on your left.
