A great find
We stayed at the carriage for 3 days with our friends and our 8 month old puppy. What a fantastic 3 days it was.
The carriage (as the name suggests) is a 1950s railway carriage which has been converted to location for up to 6 people (2 double bedrooms and 1 room with bunk beds).
We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and shown to the carriage. You enter roughly half way along, and enter an area which houses a spacious fridge freezer, oven and washing machine. To the left is a narrow corridor, off of which is the room with bunk beds, and one of the doubles with en suite. To the right is the well equipped kitchen, lounge area and second double bedroom with en suite.
Outside is a spacious decking area and lower patio, with charcoal barbecue. There is a massive grass area for kids (or dogs) to play.
We couldn’t fault any aspect of The Carriage, and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying there.
