Completely refurbished to a high standard, this listed, Georgian flint cottage is situated to the south side of a large 18th century country house, 2 miles from the centre of the walled cathedral city of Chichester and close to the little village of East Lavant with its Saxon church. There are unimpaired rural views from all the cottage bedrooms across the Lavant Valley up to the Goodwood race course on the South Downs and, for keen walkers and cyclists, the cottage is situated on a footpath, which gives access to a whole network of bridlepaths. For those attending the Goodwood Vintage Racing Revival, the circuit is only a 20 minute walk.

A wonderful location with stunning views. It is a lovely, idyllic cottage, most beautifully presented. And the perfect location for my use - easy access to Goodwood. Will stay again if they will have me!

The location of the cottage is ideal for anyone visiting the region. It is very private, but only a short walk into East Lavant where two very good pubs await. Alternatively, a 5 minute drive will take you to Chichester and all that it has...More
