Lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable stay in perfect location for a get away from it all break. Loved seeing the wild ponies and the wildlife and going for walks through carding mill valley. Only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn’t the best...More
Lovely family weekend, great apartment and lovely walks. Views from apartment were amazing, wild sheep and horses were a welcome sight. The owner Don, greeted us then left us to enjoy our weekend. Would definitely stay there again!
Willowbatch is perfectly placed for anyone wishing to explore the Shropshire hills. A stream runs by, providing a gently musical background which somehow emphasises the tranquility of the location and its surrounding hills. The path into those hill starts immediately outside the front gate.
I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 2 lads. We couldn't have asked for more, Don was true to his word 'just bring food and drink!' A perfect place to base a walking holiday from, right at the foot of the Long Mynd....More

Turn West into Church Stretton from the A49, follow the main street (Sandford Avenue) to the crossroads by TSB bank. Turn right into Shrewsbury Rd and then first left into Carding Mill Valley.
Willowbatch is situated 1/2 mile into Carding Mill Valley on the left hand side, just past the NT cafe and headquarters.
