This lovely annexe is in the village of Woodleigh near to Salcombe in Devon and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Cloverwell is a lovely little cottage annexe situated just outside the village of Woodleigh near to the towns of Salcombe and Kingsbridge in Devon. The cottage can sleep 2 people in a double bedroom as well as a familyshower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a lawned garden to the rear with furniture and a BBQ. Cloverwell is perfect for couples looking to explore Devon with their furry friend. Amenities: Oil central heating and hot water. Within walking distance is the popular Avon Mill Garden Centre, with a number of interesting shops, a gallery and a bustling café/restaurant serving cream teas and a variety of delicious dishes. For those wishing to sample the local Ales, the village of Loddiswell with a traditional pub, the Loddiswell Inn, is a short 5-10 minutes’ drive away. Visitors can enjoy tranquil woodland walks along the banks of the River Avon. The pretty village of Woodleigh is within a few miles of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and just a 15-20 minute drive to Bigbury Bay and Bantham beach.
