- untere Wohnung stinkt nach dem Öltank, der im Flur links durch eine Türe abgeteilt liegt, auch nach intensivem Lüften stinkt es nach Öl, mussten alle Klamotten zweimal waschen, bis der Gestank wieder raus war
- Wohnküche halb souterrain, riecht zusätzlich zum Öl muffig, kein Platz zum Verweilen oder TV sehen, da hat auch das Duftspray nix genutzt...
- Küchenausstattung mittelprächtig
- Wohnungseinrichtung stark benutzt
- Dunkelbad mit Dusche im Stil der 70er
- Gegend ist mückenverseucht, nicht alle Mückengitter waren dicht...
- keine Markise für Terasse, je nach Tageszeit muss man den Tisch verschieben um Schatten zu haben
- "reservierter" Parkplatz ca. 50 m vom Haus entfernt, im Carport stand der Wagen vom Hausherren...
- ist der Hausherr daheim, wohnt er direkt über der Wohnung
- Geschäfte (Supermarkt / Bäcker) zu Fuß zu weit weg
