The house was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house was spacious and well planned out for the 8-10 people that would normally rent. It was only my husband and I, but rented this larger place so we could swim and use the spa after we returned from house hunting all day.
Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated and the spa couldn’t get warm enough to really enjoy in the cool air. Most of the time, the spa struggled to get to the mid 90’s. The host was trying to get it warmer remotely, but it just didn’t work as expected. One time, on the 4th day it reached 100 degrees for a few minutes so we got in just to say we got to use it.
The master bed was comfortable and clean. I recommend bringing a blanket. The heater would turn off and reset to 59 degrees every few hours it seemed like. An extra blanket would’ve been great, but there weren’t any without removing the bedding from one of the other rooms.
The driveway is really steep and may be difficult for disabled or elderly customers. It was difficult to open the car door and hold it open while getting out on the hill.
The house is great for families and if the spa and or pool would have worked correctly it would’ve been a perfect place to stay. I would definitely recommend during the warmer months.

Cleanliness and location were great. I wish I had read closer that the pool is not heated, the fire pit isn’t working and that the hot tub only heats up after 2pm. Search was for a heated pool on VRBO site. Left 2 days early.

Our stay was perfect. Newer home was home was well laid out, comfortable, clean quiet and with a great new pool. Yard has a fun put put golf addition, plus the added Casita was a bonus (& had a very comfortable bed!). The home is also VERY close to the River and the casinos.
Hosts were gracious, accomodating and communicated quickly. We look forward to staying here again the next time we come visit

This space is wonderful! It accommodated our group of 11 comfortably. The host were so kind and let us drop off our luggage before check in and it was very much appreciated! The house has great amenities and can’t wait to see the pool completed. We visit Laughlin occasionally and will 100% be looking to book this place again!
