If youre lookimg for peace and quiet, this place is it. Very nice community. Our host was really nice. Everything you need is in the house, all you have to do is show up! Very easy self check-in and check-out close to everything, shops, river, park, food, marina. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very easy to find was very nice and accommodating. The host was wonderful. We had no problems whatsoever and can’t wait to stay again. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice property. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and has everything you need except a few things like Kleenex in each bathroom, bar soap in upstairs bathroom, additional wash clothes for each bathroom. Owner needs to adjust master toilet float , it is running. Owner needs to tighten hindges on cabinet door right of kitchen sink . Needs to provide wi fi password.

House was clean. Master was downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Wonderful location within walking distance of a beautiful park and access to the Colorado river. Property was excellent featuring full sun, large master bath with walk in shower, convenient kitchen, comfortable living space with 2 full bedrooms upstairs. Garage was roomy with back access to full playground. Steve was a TOP NOTCH super host available whenever we had questions. We will be back next year again. Rog and Barb from Minneapolis MN

Amazing stay
Loved everything about this house! Everything you need was close by! Steve was so helpful and accommodating definitely recommend staying here and I would book again :)

Amazing!
This house was beyond my expectations. I loved every single moment stay there. Can’t wait to go back. Don’t think about it twice to book this place. Literally close to everything & the park with the lake is just around the corner.
