I can not say enough good things about this house....
I can not say enough good things about this house. It was right on the golf course, the inside was huge and very nicely decorated. The outside had some great patio space and there are two driveways. Enjoyed staying there and will definitely re rent.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the peaceful setting. The patio overlooks a fairway of a golf course. We liked the smaller patio to the side to the car port too. Very private. The home is spacious and nicely appointed. The property is ideal as a home base for day trips. It's close to many hiking trails in both Bullhead & Laughlin. And only about an hour away we were able to make day trips to Lake Havasu, Kingman, Oatman, Chloride, and several others for fun adventures.
We had no issues while there. We had a couple questions about some things. When we called Tiffany she was very prompt in her response.
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was perfect for our trip. Centralized location and quiet neighborhood. Close to the river and casinos. The outside patio could have been cleared better, there were a lot of leaves on the concrete. Owners communication was excellent and easy check in. Will stay here again if in the area.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is very spacious. It was extremely disappointing and very frustrating to find the propane tank for the BBQ grill empty as dinner was prepped and ready to grill. Owners responded quickly to my text message and I was told I was expected to provide propane if I wanted to use the grill. And I would have, had that been stated in the property listing or checking info. Not a great situation. The stove was difficult to use, but we found the instruction booklet which helped. It was pretty hot, as expected, but there was never cold water from the faucets, just an FYI. There was lots of space and the AC and ceiling fans worked perfectly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for opening your home to us. The property was very clean with big rooms updated rooms. The rooms were stocked and had a fun tropical vibe to it. The backyard backed up to the golf course, which was real nice and enjoyable.
