This rental is a plus five. Excellent quiet location on the river, and in the winter is a super place for snowbirds. NO loud boats or Sea Dos on the river. Amenities are excellent and communication with the host is excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay, I can recommend it! Good local places to eat within a few minutes drive, but not much desire to leave the property thanks to it's ideal location.

This place was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. The house is clean, well kept, is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is right on the Colorado river. The views from the deck are beautiful! The owners were easy to contact, and very helpful. I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend to anyone else!

We had an absolute fantastic stay. Easy to find. Easy to get around town. So many things to do we hardly knew what to do next. Watching the ducks on the river while relaxing was a great way to spend the mornings for us. The home was very comfortable and all the amenities were there for our use. Would recommend.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood right on the Colorado River. There is a large deck to sit on and enjoy the beautiful scenery from. The house is modern and very comfortable. We loved our stay.

Traveling for work
I came to work for 11 days and the accommodations were perfect for me! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful place. Wish I had a boat to take advantage of the dock!
