Interaction with guests
As the owner, I live onsite in a completely separate unit. This unit is dedicated to my guests so you will not have to deal with any personal belongings or pets in your space. I am quiet & generally keep to myself but strive to strike a happy balance between independence and friendliness. I will be available by text, email, or phone to assist or check on things as needed. When the entire unit is rented to a single tenant I tend to be present only as needed or to remove trash, depending on the length of stay booked.

Reviewed 16 November 2017 for a stay in October 2017

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October/ November 2017. The first thing we were impressed with was the snacks on the kitchen counter, especially after being on planes all day from Orlando to Juneau . We met a nice couple from Brazil the first week, and newlyweds from Paris, France the second week. We loved the comfy bed, I...

Management response:

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure to host you and I look forward to your upcoming return!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn at Norway Point. Everything was very clean and there were so many thoughtful touches - the mints and chocolates on the pillow, the food options, the information about the property (don't leave windows open because of bears, etc), the comfortable bed, the seating area for grooming, the bathrobes, the soft towels, the...

Management response:

Thank you for your kind words, Megan. I would love to host you again!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay here. It is so much better than a hotel for a multi-day stay with a beautiful view, excellent beds, a fully stocked kitchen (even snacks !) and lots of room to relax after a day in gorgeous Juneau. Highly recommended.

Management response:

Thank you for your kind words. I would love to host you again.
