Great views!
Amazing views, walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Condo was clean and had all necessities. The bed could use a new mattress, sounds like it has a couple broken springs. Many of the reviews I read complained about the elevators in the building, but it was not as bad as I expected.

The condo we rented had some issues.
One of the two elevators was broken for half of our stay which resulted in really slow elevators. Also, the unit we were in had a leak. The vent in the main bathroom leaked every time we ran the water. We called maintenance every day. They tried to fix it but the problem wasnt resolved. We had puddles in the bathroom floor every time it leaked and it splashed all over everything. This problem needs to be resolved before it is rented out again.

Enjoyed our stay.
Room was clean and had everything we needed in it. Cooking pots and pans along with plates,bowls, and silverware. Had dish TV which was nice. The only downfall was the elevators were slow during peak hours which I guess is expected but was slower than places I’ve been before. We ended up taking the stairs more than we used the elevator because of wait times. Wish the rooms had in room washer and dryer. I’ll pay better attention next time we book to ensure we have those. Overall I would recommend this place and would probably stay here again.

Clean beach condo with great view
We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our time. The view is hard to beat from the 9th floor. Blue/green water and white sand. The beach was busy but not terribly so. The staff was nice for the most part.
We did have a few issues. The elevators are not convenient. We spent a lot of time waiting on them. There are 2 and they are not far apart. Most people would call both elevators and take the first one, leaving the other to stop on many empty floors. Also, two fire alarms were both giving a low battery signal when we arrived. It took the staff hours to come remove the alarms, and I finally had to call and tell them not to bring them back that night as it was getting very late. We got in between 8-9 and were up to nearly midnight dealing with the fire alarms. They weren't fully fixed until almost lunch the next day, and by fixed I mean batteries replaced.
Other than this we enjoyed our stay. There were lots of kids around, so it's probably better for a family than an adult group or couple

They say one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. So our one bad issue seemed to set the stays tone.
Parking wasn’t a dream, but what vacation is perfect, right? Check in was pleasant as the desk staff were very friendly. The room and view were magnificent at first impression. It seemed like everything we could possibly need was provided. A quick meal and a quick grocery run, and we had begun our adventure. The sun, the sand, the crystal clear water was all we’d hoped it would be, this being our first trip to the area. After swimming and filming some of the beautiful fish that were very easy to see and dodging the random jelly fish, we decided to call it a day and retreat to our condo for the evening. The showers and restrooms were clean and the towels were fresh. Soon enough we were relaxing with some snacks and beverages specifically chosen to unwind and calm mind and body, after the early trek across the lower three states. My wife had reached her fun meter cutoff for the day, and retired to blissful slumber in the bedroom and was gone in mere minutes. I being the night owl of the family chose to sit up a while and enjoy a couple more high octane beverages on the balcony and count stars. This was what this trip was about, zero plans, zero schedules, zero stress. Mission accomplished. I made my way through the now dark condo and found my heads resting place for the night. Off to dreamland. DAY TWO: Since I was up later than my wife and son, I slept in a little while they walked into town for forgotten items. However, as I awoke and began gathering myself for what was sure to be a fantastic day, I had my bubble busted as I turned on the light and became aware of what it was EXACTLY I had slept in under the covers on my side of the bed. I can only describe the nightmare found on our bed sheets as dried female, cyclic, bodily fluid smeared and dried no more than 8 inches from where my head had rested. Had I turned the lights on before climbing into bed, I would have discovered this and made management aware of the unacceptability of a disgusting mess of this caliber in such an establishment. But that was not the case. So I brought this issue to the staff’s attention and made them aware that I wanted to speak to a rental manager or an owner IMMEDIATELY. Well that never happened even after numerous calls to several provided numbers. One person did attempt to call after we had the housekeeping manager inspect, and confirm our suspicions as to the nature of the stain. We then had fresh sheets provided and we left the room for the day. No letters left

It really was a great room. The condos are nice enough and quiet enough during the hours they should be. Beach patrol was always monitoring. Family oriented place. Close to everything but not in the middle of it. I've stayed in several 5 star rated hotels and resorts. I wouldn't rate this a 5 star but the experience for the price, the room, and the condo property Can't be beat. King bed was comfortable. Full kitchen. Sleeper sofa was comfy. Pool was a little small and crowded at times and the bunk beds are definitely for smaller kids or young teens. Overall it was great. Beautiful ocean views. I would recommend and stay again.

The whole place was very clean and well kept. Our condo was just as advertised, clean, all TVs and appliances worked, beds were comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially house keeping.

My teenage daughter, her friend and I took our first trip to an ocean beach and wanted to stay on the beach but also have a pool plus be close to restaurants. This condo fit the bill! Sleeps 6 but bunk beds are for smaller people. We only had 3 so it worked for 3 grown people. It was clean and was restocked as needed/requested. Downsides were slow elevators and smelling smoke most of the time when sitting outside on our balcony. (Though no one was supposed to be smoking on their balcony.) I would recommend it.
