A palatial tastefully done and well kept recently furbished 5 BHK Apartment in the heart of Calcutta , off Park Street, the high street of Calcutta, full of Foreigners and tourists. The apartment has all amenities one can think of. All Bedrooms are south facing thus access to continuous fresh natural breeze all through the day and year. The drawing area has the east view to take in all that the sun has to offer. The rooms are airconditioned with 32' LED HD Satellite TV. 40 mbps WiFi free, unlimited.

The cleanest homestay/hotel we have ever stayed in.I would rather say it as homestay where the host also stays. And they give two rooms for rent.The host Mr Marwah and Mrs Marwah was very good. Mr Marwah explained us everything about the room. They have everything you need. They also have two more apartment for your stay with a kitchen. The host gave us a tour of that too. The cook aunty was also very cordial and cheerful.

Excellent homestay, excellent location
The cleanest and best homestay ever. Mr. Rajesh was very helpful and provided us clear information on how to reach the stay and the facilities available nearby. Mrs. Madhuri the cook was very charming and helpful

Home from home
I stayed in the Homestay before appartment 2 was vacant. Immaculately clean everyday. Made very welcome as always by Rajesh and his wife. The location is second to none . I 've stayed here and both appartments "home from home"all 💯 perfect.

Home, sweet home!!
I visited Kolkata with my wife for the first time. Host family really welcomed us like a relative and we could stay healthy, stay happy and stay safe.

Excellent place to Stay comformatable
The place is centrally located and extremely organized. The host Mr. & Mrs. Marwah are very nice people. We travelled for visa stamping purpose, which is less 1.5 km from the service apartment which is walkable 20 mins or cab by 5 mins. We had a very comfortable stay with our kid, they have kitchen and fully clean and neat home furnished you will not feel you're away from the home, you can make your own foods. I Will certainly recommend to our relatives and friends travel. Overall a great place to stay in Kolkata

First time home stay great experience
Enjoyed the stay for 3 days and the purpose of Visit completed ie getting VISA to Visit US and the guidance given is extra ordinary and the information book is excellent and suggest my friends to stay here if they come to Kolkata

The accommodation is superb. Location is very central and convenient.Services was very good. Mr and Mrs. Marwah are excellent hosts. I will certainly recommend a stay there.
