Experience of a lifetime!
I cannot express in words how amazing our trip to India was. I was a chaperone on a USA university trip with sixteen business students. Shakti Voyages was amazing to work with; they anticipated things before we realized them and they were professional, fun, and kind. After returning to the USA, our students had many praises for Harish, Anshuman, and their team. I would recommend them to any group looking for a wonderful and unique experience in India.
Accommodations: Every place that we stayed was wonderful. The hotel had beautiful, comfortable rooms with wifi (a must for college students) and the grounds were amazing. The hotel staff was great to work with, and we enjoyed the Eros Hotel very much. Vanaashrya accommodations were also top-of-the-line. We were able to have a rural experience, while staying in a very modern camp.
Food: WOW was the food wonderful! Shakti Voyages found great places for us to eat with a mix of American and Indian food, which was what our group needed.
Experiences: The best part of the trip was the two-day stay at Vanaashrya. We had the unique experience to play Holi at this camp, and experience a tour of the nearby village. This experience was also a favorite for students because it gave them an authentic Indian experience.
Tours: The tour guide that they hired was knowledgeable and professional. Hyuman's Tomb and the Taj Mahal were both wonderful. Although they were crowded at times, the tour guide was able to explain the history and show us a great time.
