Apartment 'Tara' is a luxury one bedroom apartment located in the quiet and calm settings of the exclusive resort of Sveti Stefan and just a short walk to the Sveti Stefan beaches, the famous hotels, local bars, shops and restaurants. Living area is furnished to high standards including two leather sofas, well equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs leading on to a sea facing terrace with a set of garden tables and chairs. GARDEN The apartment has a terrace to the side of building which includes outdoor furniture, table and chairs and has partial sea views. PARKING The apartment does not have a designated parking space, guests with cars can park next to the building or on nearby side roads. ACCESS The apartment is located on the first floor and there is a 5-10 min walk down to the sea and beaches; therefore it would be suitable for most guests. CLEANING LAUNDRY SERVICE The apartment is cleaned weekly with a change of linen and towels on this day. DISTANCE FROM AIRPORTS Three major airports, distances are - Tivat approx 40 min, Dubrovnik (Croatia) approx 2 hours or Podgorica which is approx 1 hr away. AREA The beauty of Montenegro is the marvellous diversity from the narrow coastal plane to the lofty hinterland and stunning interior of hills, lakes and rivers. 60% of Montenegro is mountains and high pasture valleys, with over 35 lakes and the World's second deepest gorge. Sveti Stefan a jewel of an island: Another 15 minutes drive from Budva brings you to the famous coastal island and town of Sveti Stefan. The island is now a picture book hotel with cluster of roofs and a sand bar linking it to the shore. You must walk from the coastal path of Sveti Stefan to the secluded beaches of Milocer. A must is visit to the Hotel Milocer a wysteria-clad hotel that use to be the property of the Yugoslav Royal Family. Budva old city - One of the most impressive medieval walled cities, with a similar look and feel as Kotor with narrow streets and small squares and a life of traditional music and dance. Why not grab a boat and take a leisurely sail along the coast line and many small islands. Petrovac - Further down the coast is Petrovac, one of the most frequented beaches in Montenegro. The pretty little prom is lined with greenery and flowers, the off-shore breeze rosemary-scented cottage gardens. A walled harbour is guarded by a 16th-century Venetian fortress. The Coast : The coast has the same stunning Adriatic coastline as Croatia with secluded bays and beautiful beaches. The Central Area of Montenegro: Go and explore the central area of Montenegro where you will find a number of historical and culture monuments including the enchanting Skadar Lake. The National Park covers 40,000 ha and is one of the largest lakes in Europe, containing 40 different kinds of fish. Bordered to the east by Albania the lake is encircled on three sides by the Montenegrin mountains. The national park is one of the largest bird preserves in Europe. Take one of the fleet of boats around the lake and see for you self the sheer beauty the lake has to offer.
