We arrived late and were greeted by a lovely man, the owners father, who showed us the apartment, and how best to use the facilities. He even left Danish pastries for an evening snack or breakfast.
The apartment is in a long building attached to a hotel, and requires quite a long walk from carpark to doorway, but not too much of an effort. Situated on the third level overlooking the water it was quiet and if used by a young family, would be perfect as there is a pool nearby and the sea if deemed suitable for swimming- depends on the tide. There are no shops close by but the hotel has a cafe and restaurant, otherwise its just 10 minutes in either direction for foodstalls to the south or shops in Port Dickson. We stayed 4 days and it was most pleasant and will be looking to re-book when next in Malaysia.
