Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Ceiling fan in all rooms including the living room, gourmet balcony with barbecue. The condominium has elevator, concierge 24 hrs, swimming pool and barbecue in the common area and a parking space. Excellent location: 1.5 km from Praia Grande and 1 km from Praia do Tenório, close to downtown, bakeries, pharmacies, ice cream shops, main restaurants, Porto Itaguá Shopping Mall, Aquarium and Tamar Project (Sea Turtles). It is also the place to go out on the schooner tours of the beaches and islands, including the famous island of Anchieta and Ilha das Cabanas. We were able to negotiate the values outside of holidays and season for periods above 3 daily. Daily Rates start at noon and end at noon, exceptions can be negotiated.
