The house is located on the upper floor of a duplex and has 100m² of internal space. It can accommodate up to 15 people, 8 of whom will sleep on beds and the remaining 7 on mattresses on the floor. Access is via a private staircase on the side to the upper floor. Covered garage for 2 cars (3 if small). The house is located 10 minutes by car from the city center (1.5km) and 10 minutes by car (2km) from Praia Grande and Tenório beaches. It offers easy access to the highway leading to beaches in the northern region, such as Praia do Felix and Prumirim (20km). Cozy veranda with a view of the sunset over the mountains! The veranda features a barbecue area with benches for the day and night! Living room with sofas, TV, and dining table. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils (glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, etc.). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (8 beds and 7 additional mattresses for the floor). Note: BED LINENS NOT INCLUDED. THE SPACES: -Large living room with a six-seat dining table, sofa set, 32” LCD TV, and Wi-Fi. All bedrooms and the living room have fans. -Kitchen has a 4-seat table, 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all other necessary utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, blender, coffee maker, etc.). - Large veranda with a barbecue, pizza oven, a large table with two benches, sink, and freezer. -Note: Prices may vary depending on the number of people. I am open to negotiating prices (when sending a message, please mention the ages of any children).
