Una opción recomendable para alojarse en Porto Alegre

Viajamos con mi esposa el pasado 13/10/2017 para ver el recital de Paul McCartney en el estadio Beira Río de Porto Alegre. El apartamento nos quedaba a unos 25 minutos de caminata y esa fue una de las razones tenidas en cuenta a la hora de reservarlo, además de los buenos comentarios con los que contaba. Realmente la pasamos muy bien; el apartamento es muy seguro, cómodo, bien iluminado, en excelente estado de conservación e higiene y con una decoración muy agradable. Su propietario, Marcelo, fue muy puntual para coordinar la entrega de las llaves e inclusive a la salida tuvo la gran amabilidad de llevarnos hasta el aeropuerto. Sin duda fue la mejor opción y se los recomiendo a todos aquellos que deban viajar a Porto Alegre y prefieran algo menos estructurado que un hotel.

Ótimo espaço com conforto.

A localização é maravilhosa e o apartamento oferece uma infraestrutura muito boa. Local silencioso e aconchegante com acomodações excelentes.

Apartamento excelente! Sentimo-nos em casa.

Excelente localização. Ideal para família ou casal. Apartamento equipado com ar condicionado. Local tranquilo e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Porto Alegre. Recomenda-se!

Excelentes acomodações. Infra estrutura completa (tem tudo o que se precisa)!

Fiquei hospedado por três dias, com a minha esposa e meus dois filhos adolescentes. Ficamos surpresos com tanto capricho dos proprietários. O apartamento é muito silencioso e tem tudo novinho.E é um apart de fato completamente mobiliado. Basta levar as roupas e mais nada. Tv a cabo nas duas TVS; excelente wi-fi; e o ar condicionado de 12KBTU nos permitiu dias e noites de muito conforto, naqueles dias de forte calor na capital gaúcha. E o proprietário é super gente boa, correto e pontual: precisei fazer o check out às 4:30h da manhã, pois meu vôo era muito cedo e ele estava lá, na hora marcada. Com certeza ao voltar a POA, é onde pretendo ficar. Recomendo a todos.

Excelente Apartamento

Excelente apartamento, novo, bem organizado, muito bem equipado. Bairro tranquilo e silencioso. Atendeu todas as minhas necessidades. Ótima localização, mercado, restaurantes, padarias nas proximidades e fácil acesso a shoppings. Proprietários sempre preocupados em garantir a melhor hospedagem. Super recomendo e preço bom! Adorei

Excelente imóvel e acolhida!

Um excelente imóvel para quem deseja facilidade de locomoção, comércio, hospital. Excelente localização! Para quem busca repouso e um lugar aconchegante, esse é sem dúvida, um lugar certo, mobiliado com gosto e praticidade! A acolhida dos proprietários, sempre disponíveis para oferecer os melhores serviços e uma excelente estadia, faz toda a diferença para quem vem a passeio ou para um tratamento de saúde. Foi muito bom contar com serviços de qualidade como encontrei aqui!
