Very safe place, can sleep from open windows. In front of the house there is a garden with space to sit and enjoy the landscape. It has Wi-Fi accessible from the whole house and SKY with package from Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil and State of RS. 04 rooms, kitchen with wood stove, dining room with 8 seats, living room with fireplace, TV 42 'with SKY and Brasileirão package. Think of a comfortable home, family atmosphere, grassy lawn, sun, gurizada running or, simply, a lot of tranquility and rest. We'll leave the wood ready for the fireplace, if that's the case. There are 04 bikes available for tours in the condominium. It has 2 fishing rods with complete kit to fish in the lake. There are volleyball and soccer balls in the house and in the condominium, soccer field, sand volleyball field and basketball hoop. We adjust the hosting according to your need.
