O imóvel é exatamente como descrito e fotos. Excelente localização. Próximo a restaurantes, praia de Ponta Negra e outras.

Foi excelente! Tudo conforme anunciado no site.
Meus agradecimentos ao John pela assistência dada antes e durante a estadia no flat. Foi um atendimento diferenciado. O flat é realmente muito bom, bem localizado e ainda conta com serviço de limpeza. Foram dias maravilhosos! Super recomendo! Ficamos hospedados no flat de 1 a 9 de janeiro de 2019.

Imóvel impecável e exatamente como nas fotos.
O John é um ótimo anfitrião. Sempre pronto a lhe ajudar em todas as suas necessidades. A localização é ótima, o prédio não tem barulho de crianças e ainda é perto das melhores padarias. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo muito!

Muito Bom!
O apartamento cumpre com cada informação descrita no anúncio. Quero agradecer ao senhor John que foi muito atencioso (antes e durante viagem), prestou todos os esclarecimentos e sempre ficou a postos para qualquer eventualidade. Quero agradecer a Ivonilda que nos recebeu no apartamento e foi muito prestativa. O apartamento fica bem próximo da praia ponta negra , restaurantes e tudo de bom que a Ponta Negra oferece. Passamos 14 dias maravilhosos e se voltarmos a Natal com certeza vamos ficar no mesmo apartamento.
