Recomendo!
O apartamento é ótimo, uma vista maravilhosa, proprietária atenciosa, próximo ao comércio. A única dificuldade foi quanto a TV pois não tem TV a cabo e o sinal da coletiva é muito ruim, sai de sintonia todo tempo.

Otimo AP!!
Estive por 6 dias com a minha família nesse apartamento que, na minha opinião, reúne tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia.: Limpeza, localização e ótimo custo beneficio. Apartamento é perto de tudo, uma vista incrível.. A anfitriã, Dona Ednalva, foi sempre muito prestativa, preocupada com o nosso bem estar. Enfim, absolutamente nada a reclamar, adoramos e pretendemos voltar com toda a certeza.

ÓTIMO!!!!!!
Apartamento muito bom, bem limpo e organizado, próximo da praia, apé não gasta mais que 5 minutos para estar no mar. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Dorinha, muito gentil e atenciosa. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa, recomendo a todos que forem para Ponta Negra - Natal RN.

Incrível
Estive hospedado com minha família durante o feriado de 12 de outubro e foram 3 dias incríveis. A localização do prédio é um dos principais atrativos. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, tal qual as descrições/imagens que vemos aqui no site. A Ednalva, proprietária do apartamento, sempre se mostrou muito solicita e prestativa. Sua mãe, que foi quem nos recebeu, é um amor de pessoa. Gostamos muito dela. O apartamento é todo funcional. Enfim, gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar assim que possível.

Ótimo!!!
Estive hospedado no imóvel agora em julho/2017, desde o interesse na locação eu fui super bem atendido pela Ednalva, sempre prestativa, solicita e passando várias informações; na entrega das chaves tive o prazer de conhecer a sua mãe D. Dorinha, uma simpatia. Sobre o imóvel, é muito bem localizado, perto dos principais restaurantes e bares de Ponta Negra, é tudo conforme anunciado e com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar. Espero retornar mais vezes.
