The place is so great! Clean, accessible, tidy and very very comfortable. I love the place. It was close to shops, malls and food place. It was a very peaceful stay. Plus the communication with the owner, the assistant and staff was so convenient! Definitely going back!

Two and half blocks away is Gil Puyat Avenue (also known as Buendia Avenue) where you can get all the public transportation (bus, jeep and taxi) to go to Makati business district which is approximately 11 minutes away without traffic.

The easiest way to go to any place is by Uber or Grab as they use Waze app to avoid traffic congestion.

Transportation: Take only official, metered or pre-booked taxis. Do not accept rides from people that approach you in the airport terminal. If you are interested with private airport service, you can avail of that for $30 (all inclusive of service, tip and tolls). This is advisable if your travel is in the evening. Please coordinate so we can arrange that for you.

Tell the driver it is by Buendia and Dian. It is 2 1/2 block North along Dian St. The best route from NAIA Terminal 3 is by SLEX (South Luzon Expressway). Public transportation drivers will charge you for the toll.
