Situated on the 12th&13th floors of a new building with outdoor swimming pool, gym, underground parking, I am pleased to propose the most luxury duplex in town. Thanks to the daily cleaning, you will totally enjoy your stay, the sunbaths on both terraces and gathering with family and friends. On the first floor of this duplex, you will enter a large open space with leaving room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace to gather and enjoy sunbath. The kitchen itsself, is fully furnished, with stove, oven, nespresso machine, dishwasher and so... The terrace itself is just wonderful: facing the sea with the open view, it is fully furnished with dining table, deck chairs and outdoor sofa; with no doubt this spot will grant you with the best experience in Tel-Aviv. On top of that, I set a small bedroom for a nanny and an extra toilet for guests. On the upper floor, you will find 4 large bedrooms , included 2 master bdr with ensuite bathroom, a main bathroom an an extra toilet, Each bedroom us furnished by high quality queen/king bed, and closet. The first master bedrooms, the biggest one, is even better than most luxury 5 stars hotel suites: On the upper floor of the duplex, the space is about 50 sqm with a large ensuite wardrobe, a wonderful bathroom with shower and toilet and a double sink. In addition, the suite is extended by a sea view balcony furnished with deck chairs. The second bedroom is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a shower. The Third and fourth bedrooms, facing the ocean are furnished with a queen bed each, a large closet. They are both sharing a full bathroom with shower. On top of that, I disposed a washing machine and a dryer. This apartment give you access to the outdoor swimming pool and the gym. A cleaner will come everyday 2 hours (except Friday and holidays). FREE WIFI - UNDERGROUND PARKING - GYM - SWIMMING POOL - DOORMAN Guest Access: Easy access, centrally situated, 24/7 doorman, keypad Free underground parking. The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 15th and usually opens between 6 to 8 hours every day. Pool Hours Located on the 3rd floor, you need to enter using the blue chip in your key. Note that on Saturdays only you also need to present the guest card in order to get in the pool area. Children don’t need a card only adults.
