Newly opened Boutique Villa Experience
Located in the serene Sawah(rice fields) 15 minute walk outside of Ubud's town center. Accessible by motorbike ONLY, Pondok 108 is away from the road noise and traffic jams of Ubud. 180 degree views of majestic Rice fields, Jungle and mountains, Pondok 108's location truly makes it one of a kind.
We have two houses for rent, a shared infinity pool, common area terrace to relax near the pool.
Rumah Shoji is a grand sized, two story home, with a master bedroom with two queen sized beds, and large Covered veranda to soak in the views. The master bedroom also has a full bathroom private onto its own. The guest bedroom downstairs, has a queen size bed, and also a full Bathroom onto its own. The place to be
Loved every moment. We spent 4 days and enjoyed it allot. The host and the property was perfect. Very close to the center and at the same time quite in a country side area. Some nice places to eat near by.

A gem in Ubud
This was our preferred accomodation in Bali.
The staff were so welcoming, the view was amazing, the pool is magnificent and it's close to Ubud's center where there are so many nice restaurants. The place is very safe.
PS: Anti Mosquito is a must!

Best choise
Great choice for a successful vacation!
We were at the property during August 2019 and we loved every moment.
Close to the center, about a 10 minute walk at the same time in a quiet and quiet area that provides a relaxing atmosphere.
Very clean house, wonderful hosts and pastoral atmosphere
What else is needed for a vacation? We loved it and wish we could extend our stay.

Perfect in Every Way..
Wow.. this Villa is a piece of Bali Magic. The location is perfect, a short and beautiful walk along a path surrounded by rice fields and small warongs on either side into the busy town of Ubud. At night you can see fire flies flickering around you and hear the harmonious sounds of frogs singing their nightly tunes.
The Villa itself is decorated beautifully and to wake up every morning to the sound of roosters crowing warms the heart and soul. At breakfast we would open all the doors and windows and sit back and watch our kids explored the rice fields.
This Villa was the highlight of our bali trip. We all have such fond memories of this place which will forever hold a piece of our hearts.
I can't recommend this place enough and as per previously mentioned the photos do not capture the true beauty of this place.

An Oasis in Busy Ubud
We stayed here in March 2018 and I still dream of it. The villa is stunning, lovingly built and decorated and the owners couldn't be kinder. We had breakfast cooked one morning which was delicious, it was also cleaned every morning.
I can't recommend this villa enough.

Hands down, best place in Ubud!
What a gem, this villa is! The house is beautiful, desined and built by the owner himself. It's location is about 10-15 minute walk from the main street of Ubud along a scooter/ walk only path, right in the middle of the rice fields. The scenery and the views are really amazing and the walk to and from town very relaxing. In and around the villa the only thing jou hear, is the sound of nature. No traffic noise whatsoever. The villa is very spacious with 2 bedrooms (1 equipped with 3 beds), a big kitchen, living room and balcony. The infinity pool with a view on the rice fields is another great feature. So, of you're going to Ubud, don't bother staying in the center. Just take a relaxing walk each time to this beautiful place in amazing surroundings. Highly recommended!

Amazing location
We had a lovely time with our family in Ni Luh's villa.
Ni Luh and her husband are very helpful and welcoming. The villa has a superb location in middle of rice fields and close to Ubud city center. I highly recommend anyone that wants to visit Ubud to arrange accomodation at Ni Luh's villa.

It’s impossible not to relax
I have been go go for a few years and a week at this place and I couldn’t be more relaxed. It is the most beautiful place in a very beautiful area. I feel very privileged to have stayed here. Everyone is lovely and everything was no problem. The spaces are filled with beautiful detail but also uncluttered and airy.
It is about a ten minute walk into the terraces at an amble, my only pace in Bali. I couldn’t be more unfit and I found the walk easy no matter the time of day. There is an mango ice cream place halfway which is a delicious treat.
Each day when we got home we would refresh by swimming in the pool while gazing out at the rice terraces. Then i would lay about gazing at the terraces and have a nap along the way. Once the beautiful sunset had passed it was back out for dinner.
It couldn’t have been a better place to stay and very romantic.

♥️Magical♥️
During the ten minute walk to this place we kept hoping that the place looked like how it did in the pictures we saw while booking. It didn’t look like it did in the pictures, it looked a million times more gorgeous!
I’m going to list a couple of reasons why you must stay here and stop looking for other places.
- The house is a work of art. It’s made out of love. Sean has a story to tell about every detail in the house. Go there to listen to his stories.
- There’s an infinity pool facing a rice field!
- Great place to catch the sunset. And we all know how important those sunset pictures are for your Instagram.
- The paddy fields surrounding the house are full of fireflies at night. FIREFLIES!
- NiLuh and Sean have the cutest little baby. Yes, she’s so cute that she made it to my list of reasons to stay here.
- There’s a yoga place right next to the house. (Disclaimer: I didn’t go there because I’m a lazy potato.)
- There’s a spa less than a minute away from the house. (Disclaimer: I went there a couple of times because I’m a lazy potato.)
- Did I mention that there’s an infinity pool facing the rice fields?!!

We can help provide airport pickup and drop off with advance notice.
Upon arrival in the parking area below, we will try our best to meet you with motorbikes, both to transport you and your luggage to our place. The road that we live on is the famous Sari Organic walking path, motorbike only. Though this type of access is not for everyone, the upside of not having direct mobil access is the quiet nights and days, spent in an Oasis far from the road noise, and motorbike traffic. If you have stayed in Bali before, you know this is a huge plus!
