This prioerty is in the residential part of the hotel. Its 2 rooms connected together, really spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The only negative we had was after the reservation, there were multiple communications asking for 1 picture of id (no big deal we sent it) then 2. another email asking for a photograph selfie to prove the id matched, after we sent that we got another email 3. asking for a selfie of the person holding their drivers license (thats where it was annoying) then multiple questions about the dogs coming and finally they informed us of the $100 fee to have the dog which i did not recall seeing in the listing. After we got thru those hurdles we did have a lovely stay the security guards were friendly and the hotel had pet waste bags at the exit.

Horrible booking and checkin in process. After you book you will receive about 15 different emails. You are required to set up an online portal, put all of your payment info in again and take a selfie with your ID. You have to request the free parking code which won't work because you will still be charged for parking. The floors on each of the levels haven't been vacuumed in weeks. The doors to the units are all beat up. There is no TV in the bedroom and the walls are all dirty. I requested to have someone fix our TV at 3:30pm and they never showed up. The front desk can't help you because the units aren't part of the hotel. Stay at the Hard Rock it is much nicer and cleaner.

could of used and additional comforter as there was only 1 for the 2 beds, no clock radio in the suite. very clean with new appliances and fully equipped kitchen. front door could use some painting (1st impressions).
