All of our guests also have exclusive access to our one-stop-shop travel and business center for co-working, trip planning, and social networking. ##Interaction We are available 24/7 for any inquiries or questions you might have and the apartment contains a comprehensive guidebook with information of what to do and where to go in Medellin. ##Notes The apartment can be cleaned on request for an additional cost. The use of the laundry area is an additional cost and is done by our maid. As we are a business, we charge and pay the local 19% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist, and exempt from the tax. Your concierge will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in. Check in can be scheduled between 4 pm and 8 pm with no extra charge. After 8 pm and anytime on Sundays and Colombian official holidays, there is a check in fee of 15 USD. ##Neighborhood Located just blocks from the nightlife of Medellin, this apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple with the perfect location, close enough to walk to most attractions nightlife in Medellin, while power to close the door and relax in peace. This apartment is well designed with an all new, renewed and modern kitchen with all the latest amenities, including a dishwasher. The breakfast bar is suitable to eat, but there is also a dining table for four people and a luxurious lounge suite and large screen TV. Poblado is the tourist center of Medellin with all the best nightlife, shopping and facilities for the visitor. Some of the most popular areas include Parque Lleras, and the Zona Rosa along with the main avenue that has some of the biggest and best shopping centers including San Fernando Plaza, Oviedo Mall and Santa Fe. The apartment is with walking distance to almost everything you'll want to do while you're here and for the other locations, taxi's are easy to call and are metered so you don't have to worry about overpaying.
